TLDR: Great quality meaty treats with plenty in a pack. Natural ingredients and low fat, and popular with the main consumer as the photo indicates. This is a review for Hungry Horse Chewy Chicken Duck fillets for Dogs. You get plenty of fillets in the bag (I believe 30, but I didn’t count). If you use these sparingly, they will go a fair way. This pack was ordered in March 2026 with a best before of May 2027, so over a year’s shelf life, which is good. If you fed at the rate suggested, this would last days and as such, a quite expensive proposition. However, this is to be used as a rare treat for a small dog when he’s good (which is not often 😆), so should last a while and be enjoyed. The marketing for these does suggest they are good for those who like to chew and savour, but our friend’s dog gobbles them down. He clearly enjoys them but is not a chewer himself. The fillets are clearly mainly air-dried meat, and from the ingredients, I can see that there are no weird additives or anything to worry about with these. From the ingredients, there are 85% meat.As a high-quality, high-protein, and low-fat snack, it is difficult to fault these and clearly the dog enjoyed them (although I think sometimes a dog will enjoy almost anything they can get their paws on). You can clearly see what you are getting, and there is nothing artificial about them. Premium treats but at a premium price also.
